C. Mark Campbell has over 35 years experience in banking in Northern NJ. In October 1987, Mr. Campbell became the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director and a founder of Bergen Commercial Bank in Paramus, New Jersey (subsequently a member of Greater Community Bancorp). Mr. Campbell held those positions until December 2005, when the various subsidiaries of Greater Community Bancorp were merged together. Effective January 1996, Mr. Campbell was also named Executive Vice President and a Director of Greater Community Bancorp and was promoted to the position of President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Greater Community Bancorp in September 2003, which position Mr. Campbell held until his retirement from Greater Community Bancorp in July 2006.
Immediately prior to joining Freedom Bank, Mr. Campbell had been President of CMCampbell Associates LLC, a consulting firm providing services to small businesses and financial institutions.
Mr. Campbell also has a long and distinguished history of involvement with New Jersey banking organizations. Mr. Campbell served as Chairman of the New Jersey Bankers Association, Chairman of NJBA Service Corp., President of the Community Bankers Association of New Jersey as well as President of the North East Jersey Bankers Association. |

| Before coming to Freedom Bank as Executive VP & Chief Financial Officer, Joel C. Sweren, CPA, served as President of Golden First Bank and Maryland Permanent Bank and Chief Operations Officer of Bank of Baltimore. Mr. Sweren is responsible for maintaining Freedom Bank's financial records, ensuring compliance, managing the daily operations, and supervising Bank security. He is a member of the AICPA and served as a director for Good Samaritan Hospital. |

| Prior to joining Freedom Bank as Executive VP & Senior Loan Officer, Paul A. Meyer, served as Senior VP, Commercial Lender at Greater Community Bank and Midland Bank/Valley National and VP, Commercial Lender at Horizon Bank. He is responsible for all commercial and consumer lending including commercial loans, lines of credit, mortgages, construction loans, and all forms of consumer loans including home equity loans and lines of credit. Extremely active in his community, Mr. Meyer has received the Melvin Jones Fellowship from Lions International, was named Business Person of the Year at the Paramus Chamber of Commerce and received a Bergen County Volunteer Service Award. He was President of the Greater Paramus Chamber and the Greater Paramus Educational Foundation and past Chairman of the Foundation at the Bergen Regional Medical Center and past Board member of the Hospital itself. Mr. Meyer is presently Vice-Chairman of the Bergen Community College Foundation. He has also served as VP/Treasurer and Board member of the New Jersey Camp for Blind Children, and is a member of the 200 Club of Bergen County. |

| Barbara E. Komor served as Manager of Commerce Bank and Chase/Chemical Bank before becoming VP & Manager of Freedom Bank. She is responsible for business development and supervision of branch operations. Ms. Komor is a member of the Oradell Chamber of Commerce, the Paramus Chamber of Commerce, the River Dell Chamber of Commerce, the 200 Club of Bergen County and the Rutgers Finance Club. |
