Disclosure of Nonpublic Personal Information: We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as expressly permitted under law. We will only share nonpublic personal information about you with third parties under the following circumstances:

  • to comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • to protect the Bank against fraud;
  • to complete banking transactions or transfers initiated by you; and
  • to verify the existence and condition of your account for a third party such as a credit reporting agency.

Confidentiality and Security: Freedom Bank is committed to safeguarding the security of our customers’ nonpublic personal information. We have adopted, and our employees are trained to understand and comply with, the following information security policies and procedures:

  • Freedom Bank restricts access to personally identifiable information about you to those Bank employees who have a business reason to know that information. All Bank employees are educated to the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.
